Old woman traps thief

In a Berlin Germany retirement home, many items mysteriously disappeared. That’s until a 95 year old woman set a trap.
She decided to set up bait by leaving some cash laying out in plain sight, and hid in the toilet until the thief arrived. Sure enough, a member of the cleaning staff came into the room and snatched the money. The woman caught him red-handed! She set off the alarm in the bathroom, and when the staff came, she pointed out the thief and he was nabbed.
“It was a real case of Miss Marple,” said a police spokesman in the eastern town of Saalfeld Thursday. “It’s good to know there are still courageous old ladies out there.”
